Malin Maria Akerman, the Swedish actor and singer was born on May 12, 1978 in Stockholm. She grew up in Ontario Canada. Her performance as Laurie Jupiter/Silk Spectre on Watchmen is famous. Akerman has also played Lara Axelrod, the infamous TV show Billions. In the movies Guardians and Deplorability she's known as a character in scenes when she was naked. Akerman began as a model for fashion and eventually moved to acting. Since then she's been in many TV and film shows.
