Noureen was born in New York City on 28 February 1984. Her entire life she has shown a great enthusiasm for becoming an actress. As she attended the School of the Arts of Boston University, Noureen began to establish the basis of the career she would pursue. Noureen started to apply for roles in various films. She was cast in 2005. got her first role as a key character in the film West Bank Story. West Bank Story had its premier at the Sundance Film Festival of 2005 as well as being presented at numerous other festivals.
