Noureen DeWulf, born on February 28, 1984, on February 28, 1984 in New York City. Her passion for acting has always been acting. Her journey began when she attended the School of the Arts at Boston University. Noureen then began to audition for roles in various films. Her auditions led to a key part in the movie West Bank Story. West Bank Story had its premier at the Sundance Film Festival of 2005, and it was also presented at numerous other festivals. The film won in 2007 when it was awarded an Oscar in the category of Best Live Action Short Film. It was a stepping stone for Noureen to succeed in future.
